What is the Be-YOU-ty Studio?
We’re a mobile makeup studio based in Adelaide, run by two passionate Makeup Artists and Educators who love helping women feel confident, empowered and radiant. Our group and private classes are fun, interactive, and designed especially with mature women in mind—but all ages and skill levels are welcome!
Where are the classes held?
We host makeup classes all across Adelaide! So far we have been to Edwardstown, Para Hills, Crafers, Golden Grove and Lockleys. We also provide provide classes from our studio in Balhannah or we can come to your home, your salon or your sporting/community club for a private session.
I'm younger than 40, can I still attend?
Absolutely! Although our classes are designed for mature women, they are great for anyone who is interested in learning more about makeup application!
What happens during a class?
Our classes are hands-on and step-by-step. You’ll learn practical, age-appropriate makeup techniques using high-quality products that are suitable for maturing skin.
We will start with some basic skincare preparation, then step you through a day time makeup look including foundation matching, concealer placement, eyeshadow application, mascara tips and blush. We then move into a evening look by adding another layer to our eye look, some highlighter and finish with a lip colour. You’ll also receive a printed Be-YOU-ty Guide to take home, plus a personalised Makeup Kit included in your ticket price.
Do I need to bring anything?
Nope! We provide everything you’ll need on the day. Just bring yourself and a willingness to learn and have a bit of fun!
Are your classes suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! Our sessions are perfect for women who feel unsure about makeup or haven’t updated their routine in years. We keep it simple, practical, and supportive.
Do you offer private sessions or events?
Yes! We offer private makeup classes for individuals or small groups, as well as sessions for special occasions like hens' nights, birthdays, or corporate events. We love doing fundraisers for community groups and schools (dance schools too!) Just reach out to us HERE to chat about options.
Is there support after the class?
Yes! Everyone who attends a class is invited to join our private community group where we share refresher tips, videos, bonus advice, and exclusive support. Plus you are assigned either Amy or Brooke as your personal Makeup Artist for individualised support following the class.
What’s included in my ticket?
Each class includes a take-home Be-YOU-ty Guide and a personalised Makeup Kit containing makeup products and tools to continue practising at home with the support of your Makeup Artist. Can I host a class at my home or venue?
