Bookings and Payments
Bookings are paid in full upfront to secure your place.
Cancellations made at least two weeks prior to your booking are eligible for either a full refund or a date transfer.
Cancellations made with less than two weeks’ notice will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made with less than one week’s notice are non-refundable and not eligible for date changes.
Tickets can be transferred to another person with more than one week’s notice.

Class Inclusions
Class inclusions are tier-based, but all include take-home products, tools, and ongoing support. We do not allow people to bring their own makeup. This ensures all attendees are working with the same products, following the same instructions, and achieving the best possible results we know our range can provide.

Age Requirements
There is no minimum age requirement. However, for the comfort of all attendees, minors are not permitted unless they are a participating attendee.

Expected Behaviour
Be-YOU-ty Studio provides a friendly, welcoming, and supportive environment. We expect all attendees to show respect to instructors and other participants. Disruptive, disrespectful, or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated.

Photography and Media
We may take photos during classes but will always seek permission before sharing any images that include your face on social media, our website, or other platforms. You are welcome to decline. We take before-and-after photos to send to you privately after the class.

Product Use and Allergies
All products are tested on a small area of skin before full application during the class. While every effort is made to avoid allergic reactions, attendees are responsible for advising us of any known allergies.
